Customer satisfaction is #1 - we will gladly exchange or accept any product that has not been used and still has the tags and/ or package it came in. Please make sure to order the correct size, there will be an additional shipping charge unless it is our error.
With in store returns you have 60 days from the purchase date to return non sale items. For sale items you have 15 days from purchase date. For all returns you must have your reciept of the purchase and items must not be worn. If the merchandise is defective, then please come in and we will help you out accordingly.
