In addition to the places listed below, some other places I have fished are: Costa rica, Cocos Island, Hawaii, most all of the keys in Florida, and have been fishing the east coast of florida for over 30 years.

In October of 2000, and February of 2002, John Fuchs, a friend asked me to go and experience a different type of fishing. To my surprise it is the most beautiful freshwater game fishing, and it's heart pounding fighting capabilities are an added plus. Just think, it is entirely possible to catch a worlds record peacock bass with every cast you make, and many have done so. Many destinations brag on numbers of fish caught in a day, well, here the numbers can be so high you will lose count. John and I caught 150+ one day. If you have talked to those that have experienced Alaska as the last frontier and liked what you heard, wait until you experience the easy, safe, and fabulous fly fishing for peacock bass. It definitely is a must, if you enjoy fishing.
Bahamas
I have been to the Bahamas many times, to numerous islands. It is a great place to go for bonefish, and being so close to the states, it is an easy trip to make. For your trip we know what you will, and will not need.
Christmas Island
Christmas Island is a bit out of the way and a little more difficult to get to, but if you have the time surely worth the trip. The fishing is great and the accommodations are great. The variety and amount of fish allows for the trip of a life time.
Alaska
Take a flight seeing tour of the magnificent Misty Fords in Ketchikan, Alaska.
